Obsessing!!!!

Hi

Being driven crazy at the moment with an obsession with swallowing, occassionaly get distracted enough to forget for a minute or two but soon comes back in full force. Nearly two weeks now and really starting to lose hope that'll it will go away!!!

Any advice gratefully received.

hello fellow scotty :D im from the highlands :D i obsess over my pulse i have to check it atleast five times + a day i dont no why its really stupid but its became a ritual :( when ever i feel the slightest bit strange i check it!! ur not alone :D xx
