Hi,
I have been suffering from GAD for 25 yrs...funnily enough I have only just realized what is my problem and that I am not the only one.
I must admit I am better now my kids are older but still have times when I am not good, my confidence is not good and I am terrified of doing something wrong or upsetting someone that aspect has got worse:weep:
I have already got a lot of information from this site ....thankyou:)
