Hi all I am having such a bad couple of weeks.
The panic attacks have come back in full swing and I can not cope :(
From the moment I wake to the moment I sleep I feel so shaky, sick cant breathe and feeling of dread. then I get panic attacks that last around 5 minutes of me in full panic mode. Switched on like an alarm.
You know when you have something important to do.. and you need to get it done and you have that rush feeling? well I get that when doing a simple thing like making lunch, I cannot calm down.
Why have my panic attacks come back for no reason? im not stressed or worried!! Im late on my period now, because of the attacks too.
I feel sick all the time which is making it hard to eat too. I think its the panic attacks thats making me nauseous.
My question is, how frequent is your panic/anxiety attacks? please answer as it will help me!
