Whats happening to me?

Since last night and again today i have had a mild headache and what feels like pressure in my head all over and then I can hear a whooshing sound in my ears, thats keeps coming and going. It happens when I'm just sitting still. I have had a cold in the past week but was feeling better. I'm scared my BP is high and i'm going to have a heart attack or a stroke! I had my BP checked at drs a couple of weeks ago and it was on the higher side of normal but dr said I was ok and to come get it checked again in a few months.
Has anyone experience this?? Whats happening to me?

Could be just some fluid in your ears from the cold. It will improve once you are over the cold
