Hi there. I feel tight chested, as if I cannot breathe properly. I also feel a bit light headed. I have felt like this mostly all the time with a few breaks for the past few weeks. I have had it before, I think it's anxiety/stress related, but just needed a bit of reassurance. I feel a bit like I'm in a goldfish bowl in my head with ears popping etc and when i stand up a little light headed there too, this I think you can feel like when you are a little blocked up?

P.s My health anxiety/undifferentiated somatoform disorder has not been bugging me too much, but I am so fixated on health, that it becomes my thorn in my side-ha ha.

P.s I am not hyperventilating-as far as i know.
I also forgot to say that I have a lot of wind which causes me to belch, have had this for years too. I do feel discomfort in the sternum etc, but not life threatening pain.

You are hyperventilating but quietly. We don't always do a Tanya on East Enders.

7/11 breathing. Practise it until it becomes a habit not a chore.
