Depersonalization before period

Hiya to all:)
Does anyone get the above, but with panic/anxiety also mine usually starts about 10 days before my period.....would love to hear from anyone who suffers with this and what do they do to cope/get through it.

I think what you suffer is probably antagonised by hormones - many mental health issues are.

yeah it could be just your hormones.
WHen I was seeing someone about my pms they asked me if I get anxious around those times and I think I did have it higher than normal.

I think it can be quite normal and if you want to control it then maybe going on the contraceptive pill will help it alot.
