Body twitch

Every now and again I get a twitch that makes me jump. It tends to happen when I'm being absent minded. I tend to feel lethargic for about 30 minutes after this twitch. It's kind of worrying. Anyone else get the same?

It might just be that I my body was waking me up and I was tired anyway I guess.

Which part of your body twitched?

I had muscle twitches throughout the summer that never came to anything. Apparently your body twitches sometimes if you've been exercising, because it causes the muscles to contract and expand in odd ways- I don't know if that information is relevant to you. Certain parts of the body just twitch, and it's innocuous- there's no important reason.

Maybe you should get up and about a little more. You may be penting up your engergy.
