Funny breathing :-(

My breathing keeps going funny it's been like it since last night it's like my breath gets taking away and I'm gasping for air and I try to sip water and it's like I struggle to swallow it when my breathings funny. Anyone else get this??? X

well my breathing always feels funny, i always feel like i cant get enough air and im always short of breathe and breathless etc. I find it hard to swallow aswell but i think its because im so anxious and tense. My doctor told me that its a natural thing swallowing so you cant stop yourself doing it.

Hyperventilating?? should be 12per minute, sometimes i get up to 18 awful..

Try doing something distracting for a half an hour. See if it bothers while you do this activity. It could be that you are just paying too much attention to the breathing.

The hot weather makes it worse as well!
