hi can any one give me some advice on how to stop the feeling that i cant breathe properly even tho i can breathe thks
I phoned the samaritans a few years ago. The counsellor said you have to do your breathing exercise for 20 mins for it to work
Tricia try slow deep breathing, in through your nose, and out through your mouth, as you inhale push your stomach out and as you exhale your stomach will automatically go back, do this diapramatic breathing tecnique around 10 times slowly, keep practicing as it really helps x
