heart worry THUD

hey just sitting in bed last nyt on the latop and i felt my heart THUD in my chest then I was about to go off into a panic attack. but i talked myself down and concentrated on my breathing.

im really stressed atm, with college stuff, would appreciate a little help :blush::blush:

Sounds like good old ectopic heartbeat that is totally harmless, its where your heart puts in an extra beat and then pauses to reset itself. Everyone has them but only anxious people feel them.
