I'm 29 and have recently been diagnosed with acute anxiety disorder. My idea of a panic attack was worrying if l had burnt the eggs/whatever lm cooking. However since someone attempted to steal my phone on 01/11/11 everything has changed. Something is almost always happening on my chest. On the day in question my panic attack lasted over an hour and l had to be taken to A&E. Now l am on propofonolol
