Shoulder agony

just got back from my new job as a rep to get people into a restaurant

All of a sudden i have got a real ache in both shoulders - best description is that it feels like someone is standing on them!!! It ias actually sore to touch - it is right from side to side

I am standing for 4 hours at a time, not lifting or anything so really freaked out by it all

anyone have any ideas , causes etc

I might well be tension from standing around for too long. I can get it mainly in my neck and back when only standing for about 20 mins. Sounds like you could use a good shoulder rub or a warm bath xxx
