hiya about 10 years ago i jumped on a glass bottle and it went straight through my shoe and into my foot, blood was everywhere etc, went to the hospital and had butter fly stitches, then a couple of months later (a guess) i was walking again.
now everynight when i take my socks off i have to keep checking my feet to see if there bleeding or if my scar has re-opened, Im Currently waiting for a Cbt appointment as i cannot get out my house and ive got a social anxiety thats sort of a General anxiety.
Is me checking my foot liked to having those anxiety ? Please help :weep:
