relapses anyone?

i have just found this site i have suffered panic attacks for years and finally got rid of them 2 years ago but have had a pile of stress lately and they have come back bigtime!!! just wondered if this has happened to anyone else and do the go again or are they back for good kazzie

Hey Kazzie. YEah it happens but they ease off and its easier than before. I had a relapse not long ago and it felt awful because I hadn't felt like that in so long but i looked back at how bad I felt when I first suffered and this was nowhere near as bad which helped. Also, I had learnt a lot of relaxation techniques and such since then and it made it easier too. Just remember to try and think positive and breathe deep.
