Retching and blood

Had a retching fit this morning - didn't actually bring anything up except some saliva/spittle but there was a little bit of blood in it - now in a kind panic.

Have you had anything to drink? When i retch it literally comes from my stomach and has been alsorts of colours, hope your ok x x

Only some water - just having tea, but it was definitely blood :(

A little bit of blood , could be coming from your sinus area maybe.

Retching can cause a bit of blood from the lining of your throat. No more serious than a nose bleed.
