kalms tablets?

hi folks just wondered if anyone had tried kalms tablets i bought some from the chemist but not sure if they help or not!! as an ex seroxat and prozac taker have decided to try the natural approach anyone got any tips? luv kazzie

hey kazzie,,

yeah i take kalms they say 2 threee times a day but i guess it depends on what situation you are in i only take 1 three times a day and found them really helpful they seem to take the edge off things and give you a different perspective on things,,
