Mouth Ulcer

I have a little mouth ulcer under my bottom lip on my gum area.
I havee been doing some research on it to look into treating it because I dont know much about them.

Well the familydoctor website said it could be a sign of mouth cancer and now I'm worried that I have it :(

Has anyone else had experiences with mouth ulcers and have been fine?

Like most of us health anxiety sufferers you are taking it out of context .
The context being a persistent sore aka a mouth ulcer that does not heal is a sign of skin cancer.

Just use warm salt water :)

yeah have noticed that it is feeling better and Ive swished my mouth in salt water and listerine and its making it better.

Yeah I just panicked lol but thanks for your reassurance.
