Freaking out

Hi I have just joined the site. I am 29 year old guy. Really joined here because for some reason I am hoping it is panic and anxiety that I have and reading some of your symthoms it all sounds familiar.
I have always been a worrier - but recently moved to London and out of no where a few weeks ago this has all started. Some days I feel fine but then another days not so much.
