hi there,
my name is jon, i am 29 and was diagnosed with anxiety and depression last yr even tho i have had it on and off since i was 18. i have been on mirtazapine for a yr now too. i joined this evening as i have just had 3 really bad attacks while i have been in bed and am too scared to go to sleep right now. i was hoping this would b enough of a distraction to help me thru the next hr or so.
