waking up breathless, bloodclot?

hey guys well past few weeks ive not moved at all just sat at home watching tv and staying in my bed, my legs hurt at the backand everytime i fall asleep i wake up gasping for air and allover the place , advice would be appreciated.. even now as i type this ive just woke up after being up al nightt asif i cant breath not even the tiniest bit of air :/.

I go through the breathlessness too, wake up gasping,etc. I don't know what it is, but you are not alone! My guess is -----bad anxiety! It sucks!
