My fiance lost an important document, after a few weeks he eventually found it... right in the bottom of our outside bin that hadn't been emptied for 2 weeks.
We put it in an envelope and it has been left un touched for a month.
Today, he has had to take the document to his parents, and on the way stop off to get some food shopping (Without washing his hands obviously).
So my question is, will it now be safe to touch without handwashing, will the bacteria and germs be gone, as it has been a month?
