I am in a right state. Started citalopram last sunday and dont know if some of how i feel is with starting these. I keep thinking i am dying and i feel awful,headche on one side,sore head/neck when i turn it,loose bowels, sweating, no appetite,crying and generally feel ill. I have been on the phone to my friend and she said i need help for my mental state i.e a councillor. I have been referred to one before but by the time i get the appointment i am ususally ok again and dont carry it on. My friend says i need to stick at it even if i feel ok at the time, but i know it takes months to see one. I might go private does anyone know how much they cost? I need to address this why i keep thinking i am dying and then bringing on all these symptoms.
