feeling of being strangled

I have had this weird sensation as though I am being slightly strangled, its difficult to explain but thats how it feels. I can breathe normally and its not a really bad feeling but it does feel as though I'm being strangled by an invisible force.

Has anyone else had this sensation?

hi i sometimes get the lump in my throat (everyday this week infact) and that my neck is swollen but never had the strangled feeling..................yet!! bet its a horrible feeling :hugs: xx
