Hi everyone,

I've found Dr Claire Weekes audio book available through iTunes "hope and help for your nerves" really helpfull of late.... It's on my iPhone and because it's a Dr talking to you it's really comforting through times of panic.

She has a really interesting approach and has been awarded an mbe for her work....

I love her!!! Really she is a true Godsend during my most difficult times. I have the book Hope and Help for Your Nerves and also the CD Pass through Panic. I highly recommend them both!

She's probably the pioneer in treating a lot of people in the 60's 70's and 80's

She's amazing!

It cost me $20 Australian ..... She has a website too just google it....
