ID for ATOS Medical Assessment?

If i recall correctly , dont you take ID to the atos medical assessment that you hand to the woman to say you have arrived?? I dont have a passport anymore or beleve it or not ANY type of bill with my name on it.

I had to give name, DOB and i'd. They also ask how you got there, and if they need to pay for your travel.

Take a benefits letter if you have one

I'd think you should be OK with the letter asking you to arrive for the medical. Mine was about 7 weeks' ago and I'm pretty sure that's all I turned up with.

Maybe give them a phone so you're not too stressed out beforehand?
