skip beats, scared

need help, reasureance, having missed heart beats since lunch time today, had before, but not as long as this, trying my best not to thing the worst, dont think i will sleep tonite, suppose to go a days xmas shopping tomorro, how can i go when i feel like this, so thinking about going to er, think am going to drop dead at any moment, how long will this last? just out of bath, happened again just before i got in, now got camimile tea, i hate this so much

hope you feel better today, this is so common in anxiety unfort i get them all the time, it is scary but it wont hurt you its a horrible feeling i do sympathize xx
