Does this sound like a TIA warning stroke

So 2 weeks ago my mum was at work and then suddenly she had part of her right eye go black like she couldnt see out of it. The vision returned after about 20 minutes but she is still experiencing aching in that eye. She saw the doctor Monday and he reffered her to a optom which is like a eye doctor. He did lots of eye tests including a visual fields but all was clear. I asked about stroke or brain tumor and he said something would have shown on the visual fields. He thinks it was a migraine, he did mention her eye drainage glaucoma related i think but was not concerned about what I am so concerned about.

I have read on google about vision loss being a warning sign of a stroke and TIA symptom. She is still having eye ache nothing that painfull but just annoying. The doctor and the optom dont seem worried but I still do feel worried :(
