Blood Clot? Tumour? Please Help, Very Worried!

Hello, I haven't been on here lately but I've had a huge worry.

Earlier I had a throbbing pulse in my right ear, and now a slight ringing. On the top left side of my head it feels tender and painful when I touch it, there's no lump as I'm aware but when I push up I get a slight shooting pain from my temple to the point of the pain on my head. I have been having problems sleeping and keep waking up every hour (nothing to do with the head pain) I've been forgetful too. Sometimes my right eye feels slightly pressured too. I get quite hot and dizzy, my head just feels uncomfortable. Since I discovered the painful "spot" on my head the ringing has become worse in the last hour and now is in both ears. I am REALLY WORRIED!
Blood Clot?! Hemourrage?! (sorry don't know how to spell it! Tumour!?

sounds like a muscle knot to me. i get them all the time on my head just like that.
