I have just woke up and have a pain in the side pf both my ribs when I move on raise my arms. Its the type of pain you get the day after you have done something strenuous or you had been doing alot of exercise when you dont usually, like a muscle pain, but I ahvent beend doing any exercise or carrying anything heavy!! Has anyone else had this?
