intrusive thoughts again

Can someone please help me out here, i'm having unwanted homosexual thoughts involving sex acts, these are really freaking the hell out of me and have NO desire to act upon them, I've also intrusive thoughts involving family members aswell, these are unwanted and are annoying and distressing, I'm currently taking fluoxetine and have been really stressed because of these if anybody can help me out here I'd be very grateful, Also I've been to my GP who believes it's possible OCD, it feels like my mind is saying yes when i'm saying no.

relieved that someone else has experienced this. My thoughts are wierd and they are completely wrong sometimes. Its like the filter that used to block the odd and pointless thoughts has gone. Now they pop into my mind and I'm thinking, what the hell am I thinking that for because its not something I want to think about.
