is bach rescue remedy any good for GAD ? IM HOPING IT IS COS IM HAVING A HORRIBLE DAY TODAY AND ITS ONLY 12 NOON , sorry for the caps lock , i dont mean to shout , accidental , so the boyfriends gone to find an open chemist since its sunday only one will be open and hes getting me bach rescue remedy , any one tried it ? I have used it, always have a couple of bottles of it around the house, and in my first aid kit in the car:) Yes I find it works. Good luck! ox
