Hi everyone, I am new to the site. Literally just joined, looking for a friendly place to chat about anxiety, how people deal with it and make some friends :)
My name is Ross and I have suffered with generalised anxiety now for about 3 years. I had a massive heart palpatation at work and subsequently had a big panic attack that I misook for a heart attack. It has kind of grown from here, the reason I have joined the site is to talk about it more and try and learn about how to cope.
