stomach problems

Hey everyone i started feeling better but then decided to come off sertraline about a month ago! Well the last few weeks ive been getting palpitations witch Im not letting bother me but Im getting really worried about my stomach, Im really bloated (i look like Im 8 months pregnant and gone up 2 sizes)it feels like my stomach is going to explode and I've lost my appetite and i feel really sick 24/7, what could this be?

Thanks 4 the reply! Im def not pregnant! I went to the doctors today and he was rubbish! Am in the process of changing but he told me I've put on 3 stone in the last 2 months he was trying to tell me that it was my diet but that is rubbish as Im hardly eating anything at the moment as always to bloated! He is gonna test my third but this has been tested like 5 months ago and was fine, Im just so fed up of the constant nausea and no better off after the doctors!!! Sorry he just stressed me out
