Was wondering how you've experienced caffeine affect your anxiety. Most places on the internet say that caffeine will make anxiety worse by keeping you stimulated, but i've also found lots of sources saying that it increases the production of Seratonin, which is the chemical people with OCD don't have enough of, and probably other anxiety types.
Also, it seems to be quite beneficial for me.
Any thoughts?
