Don't know why i cant stop focusing on my breathing..it just feels all wrong now im worrying because when im breathing i can hear a rasping sound it just doesnt sound normal. i dont know if this is a normal anxiety symptom ?maybe tension in my throat /chest could make it sound like this?As i know i am very tense all over. But of course im thinking ive got something terribly wrong with me. my mam said i was being stupid and said she couldnt hear that i was breathing funny. it just seems to be one symptom after another i cant keep up with them !! x
