So I joined this drama group and it has done wonders for my confidence. I was able to spend time in a busy town and not concentrate on the traffic. But the biggest thing was getting up on stage 4 nights in a row. First night was horrible because it slowly dawned on me that I couldn't leave as I had to perform. I didn't even have an exit door. And I explained to everyone what my problem was and found 2 of the girls have similar issues. That was amazing. So go find a passion guys if you can, it actually did help me.
