I've got my dentist phobia to deal with, i can cope going the dentist etc, but the work i have to have done for these two days is pushing me to my anx limits.
I should have had this done last week only my dentist was ill and he cancelled it, so its prolonged my anxious thoughts. In all honesty, i should have had this work done a few years ago but was way to agoraphobic and scared to have it done, so i've brought this fear upon myself by delaying it.

I have fought every other demon so far and this is my big one, i am nervous but know i can't back down.

Wish i could take you all with me so i didn't feel so on my own.

I know the thought is worse than the deed, so the sooner today and tomorrow are over with the better.

good luck di you will b ok ,i hate dentists and past few months had so much dental work done i just kept telling myself it will be worth it in the end, i still got to go back next month for more work i know how you feel keep your chin up and well done for doing it even though got a phobia xxxx

Its a horrid fear to have, but i have to face it, having two teeth extracted tomorrow and i am dreading it, but it needs to be done, im just trying to focus on it all being over and done with for christmas.

Be glad when its tomorrow night lol, i'm not having it done till 4pm so i have to wait all day just to add to my torture :roflmao:

i've got jitters on top of jitters, i'm in competition with who can shake more me or the washing machine.

I've actually had these two teeth extracted 162 times in my sleep, i've put two christmas trees up, cleaned the whole house, done the washing, cleaned my windows, you name it i've done it and i've still got 3 hours and 40 minutes to go :roflmao:
