This might seem like a strange question but does anyone get a sore hip/groin and buttocks? I sometimes get where it feels like i have been riding a bike and it hurts when i clench my buttocks.

I get that in my groin, think it is because I sit cross legged sometimes and am really tense and clench too much :blush:

Sounds musculo-skeletal in origin. Hard seats are usually the cause or minor lower back muscle spasm. Have you been sitting for a long time recently or alternatively sudden exercise like fast walking??

As long as you are not actualy totally numb to the touch or lose bowel/bladder function them nothing to worry about.

All across my lower back feels stiff as well. I dont know if this is with ibs as i have been told i probably have ibs. I feel like a wreck everywhere else as well:shrug:
