I just wanted to say thank you. You have now taken the place of Dr. Google for me. I've had very mild panic attacks since I had my first one at 27 on a road trip. Now I'm 41 and this summer I crashed and burned for 2 weeks. I couldn't function and thought I was losing my mind. Dr. Google always seems to want to pull me back down into that dark hole. A thank you seems somehow so inadequate considering how big an impact this website has had on me and my family. Anyway, thanks to everyone that gives of their time and resources to make this site happen for people in need.
