Worry

The person I worry most about is my sister. She's had alot to deal with and e en though I know she's doing well in college, I still worry. Like tonight she told me her flatmates are not treating her right and she says she's coping, but I just can't shake my panic. I go back in my head to how she used to be. I just want to move on, be happy and worry free, but how can I switch off. Does anyone else have this problem. Xx

Sorry to read that you're having a hard time right now. I'm sure your sister can look after herself, and if she isnt happy where she is she'll find somewhere else to stay.
