Hi there,

I am Steven , I have moderate to severe anxiety/depression and currently take medication to help manage it. I keep thinking when some problems go away my symptoms will go away but it does not appear to work like that for me. I hope I can get some help and support from the website/forum and also maybe through my own journey help some people as well. Hello to everyone anyway...:)
