Eeeeeeek something wrong with my top lip...

Hello

So I didn't take my Sertraline today and I've been fine so far. I've just had my tea and half way through my top lip got this mad sensation like really fast throbbing or shaking it's like I can feel the blood running through it 100 miles an hour.....

Does anyone know what this could be.....

Sounds as though it could be a little muscle twitch or spasm, I get them quite often in my lips and eyelids...
