Prozac, Diazapam and Proponalol

Hi i'm new here, i have suffered from anxiety and panic attacks since i was about 12, i'm 29 now. I was on Amitryptaline years ago and went tablet free for many years after that. Recently been through a rough spell and have been on 2mg diazapam when needed and 80mg slow release Propanolol. Doctor then switched me to 20mg Prozac and have been taking them for about two months. Have been feeling a little bit better untill yesterday where my long term girlfriend has decided to leave me. I am in a right state, cant eat, sleep or do anything. Do you think i could mix 2mg diazapam, 80mg propanolol with my 20mg prozac, i need to get some sleep as i have a constant headache.. Thanks in advance and see you around on the forums.

:welcome: kobey, to nmp, so sorry you have all these problems at the moment, i have taken 2mg of diazapam with propanolol in the past, but can't comment on prozac, hope you get the advice you're looking for. wishing you well x

I have 2mg diazepam prescribed with 20 mg prozac.

Do you think i am ok to take 4mg diazapam, to aid me to sleep ?
