This site is my lifeline. I have somewhere to come when I need to let off steam or talk about my problems. I know that most people here will understand what I'm going through. And, when things are going well I can try and help others, which makes me feel better about myself.

Yes indeed - an absolute godsend in times of crisis - a comfort and a friend to all those in need ...................

A year ago I was so low from my anxiety that coming here courtesy of Mr Google (see, he is good for some things) has made a massive difference to me.

The people I have had support from and the friends I have made have all helped to make my journey towards recovery so much more bearable.
