I have to tell you all this, because it is funny. How many times do we all think that as we walk along and the panic rises that we are going to fall over, faint or walk int something! So many times, well yestreday I was walking along the high street, getting the nerve together to go into a shop to look at an outfit for a wedding, been putting it off, as we do when I took a tumble and fell flat on the pavement!, I had tripped on an unevan flag stone, people came rushing to my aid, asking if I was hurt, had I broken anything - my friend said " Oh no she is fine, she has panic attacks and when things get to bad, she just has to lie down for a while" You wait and see- she will jump up in a moment. I had hurt myself actually - but it took the panic out of the moment, they took me into the shop and wiped my bruised arm and leg, I was fine for a good 2 hours, and then of course, I began to wonder if I had broken my wrist, or my knee...... the rest you know.:D

there's a place that I dream of when I sleep, so peaceful, so quite, I call it mother earth.

oh clarissa i am sorry you hurt yourself but you have seen that when we do fall over, its ok and you survived it and now you can laugh about it - that is so good.

That may be one less thing for you to worry about now. Isnt it amazing when we do hurt ourself our thoughts of anxiety disappear and it is only later they reappear !!!!!

Take care and hope u ok

Yeah, I had a fall the other day, but it was only on a muddy footpath so didn't hurt myself. But the 'shock' of falling over seemed OK even though I was quite fragile that day.

Just goes to show.
