having an off day...

I've been "OK" for a while, then today I feel horrible, incredibly tired, low mood, feel like crying, feel I could anger easily, feel headachey and foggy headed... not sure if this is due to the withdrawal of fluoxetine? or I'm just having one of those days. Can anyone relate to these symptoms?

sounds like withdrawal to me, hopefully it won't last too long, or maybe it is just a blip. hope you soon feel better x

Thank you... the reason for the withdrawal is so that I can try a different AD... hopefully things will improve soon x
