hi my name is dameon im 26 years old had a panic attack a month or so ago now anxiety has kick in makes me feel like im going out of my head the feeling sick and dizzy and im going to pass out at any time had this before when i was 16 so i no it will pass.
i have a baby due in a month so i no thats whats feeding the anxiety all the stress that go's in to it...
the patten i see is stress = panic = fear = anxiety and its sucks trying to get rid of it
