Hi, I am writing because I just learned a little bit about IFS Therapy in school (Internal Family Systems Therapy). It focuses on different parts of your mind and why some may be more extreme than others (in many of our cases, the anxious part). Then it focuses on transforming the extreme parts to function in different ways. I was thinking that it might be useful for some of us who have not seen a lot of results with CBT. Has anybody tried this therapy? I'm just curious ... I know it is an "up and coming" therapy but it sounds very useful to me.
