I've joined this site cause I really don't no where to turn. I have always suffered from OCD since I can remember. But feel its gotten worse. Has I've grown older. I know have four children and I've started having a fear of losing them. I just don't want them to even grow up and I know im being silly but I carnt help it. Even going to work is resulting in panic attacks because I don't want to leave them.

Hi thanks for your helpful suggestion but the oldest does have a mobile. It doesn't help. I feel like one day they will leave and ill never see them again. I worry they will grow up to hate me its really silly.
