hey guys thanks!! not feeling as lightheaded today, went to see the counselor so had a good cry! always feel better after shrink :D, this is gonna sound really strange ...

but im trying to get attractive for the festive season, so ive been doing face exercises to get rid of my double chin! and i think i over did/ pulled something, neck pretty tend / sore today... but im pretty afraid i might have torn my aorta of jugular vein 9in the neck :o) is this possible ?:blush:
